Residential Conveyancing locum sought to cover for holiday in June. Locum to start on Friday 6th for the handover and finish on 19th as the last Friday would not be necessary. The work would principally involve checking title, searches and mortgage instructions, preparation (dictation) of reports to clients, attending clients for signature of contract documentation, checking of completion statements against file and Alphalaw, exchanging contracts and supervising completions.
