Conveyancing Locum Roles in today

Three conveyancing roles in as follows:

  1. Online auction house looking for ongoing 15-20 hours per week assistance in house handling the progression of files. They are looking for somoene from a conveyancing background and think it would suit someone not too senior for the reasons below (it involves a lot of admin work). Can be completely remote. This role will require you to have a good internet signal at home (the firm will provide a VOIP phone) and you need to be available for a minimum of 20 hours a week potentially for the next 2-3 years. The work will involve doing all the calls/emails/chasing buyers and sellers and solicitors – the donkey work; as well as using conveyancing skills to overcome problems when completions take longer than sellers want. Chester based firm.
  2. Nantwich solicitors’ firm in need of a residential conveyancing locum for the next four weeks minimum ideally office based but potentially with a split week / remote possibility. However firm will need someone majority office based so not suitable for primarily remote working. Start asap. Conveyancer has taken time off for medical treatment and a locum has pulled out on them.
  3. Stafford based licensed conveyancers in need of assistance with remote title checking for three weeks – first week commences 2nd July, second and third weeks are end of August and September – needs to be the same person. Annual leave cover. Full time.
