A new remote working locum vacancy has arisen with a small solicitors’ firm in London. Niche commercial law firm based in central London seek a corporate commercial locum solicitor to assist them until they recruit permanently. They had a lawyer due to join them at a senior level but unfortunately the appointment has not gone ahead at the last minute so the firm are now in need of cover for the time being – likely to last up to 6 months but the firm will take someone available for a shorter length of time. Remote working completely, but a full time role. Work is primarily corporate – seems to be centred around mergers & acquisitions work plus some associated contracts work. Inter company agreement exposure particularly welcomed. Start as soon as you are able.
