A law firm in Waltham Abbey are looking for a family locum to help out from the beginning of June for a period of 2-3 months while they recruit permanently. You will ideally be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years’ PQE in family law. Experience in all aspects of family law is required but with an emphasis on divorce, finance and TOLATA claims. You will be confident in negotiating and advising clients on settlement. Advocacy experience up to FDA/FDR is preferred but not essential.
