A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors firm in Birmingham (about 200 metres from Bordesley station) looking for a locum immigration solicitor or lawyer.

They want someone for about 6 months working for a minimum of 2 days a week. This is a growing department in a medium sized law firm (for the area).

You will need to have at least 3 years experience of privately funded immigration work and have experience and be able to deal with the following:

Representation Letters to the Home Office
Appeals
JR applications
Deportation matters and bail applications
Asylum
Points based system applications (Tier 1 and 2)

You have to be able to work at their offices for at least 2 days a week. The 2 days can be any day of the week apart from Mondays.
