A new vacancy has arisen with a multinational company with a UK base in Runcorn, Cheshire. They are looking for an experienced locum lawyer to look through contracts from customers who are large European tier 1 automotive suppliers (they sell coatings to them). Particular knowledge and experience in knowing how to handle liabilities clauses and how to negotiate caps on them is essential. The company is based in Runcorn (WA7). Some of the work needs to be done on site but not all of it. The company estimate that the total time is likely to be 10-20 days a year but maybe not all full days.
