Scots Litigation Lawyer

Scots Litigation Lawyer sought by small specialist litigation practice based in Edinburgh. Looking for ongoing ad hoc assistance with cases as they come up. Will be a mix of civil and commercial litigation work and paid on an hourly rate.

Family Solicitor or ILEX Liverpool

Family Solicitor or ILEX sought by Liverpool firm for mix of public and private children, divorce, finances and non molestation orders. The firm deals mainly with legal aid work. Some scope for remote working, although the firm would require some office attendance. Firm are located in a Liverpool suburb with easy access from the M62. One month starting 19th July.

London – Remote Conveyancing

London – Remote Working Ad Hoc Conveyancing Locum sought for ongoing work. Can be residential conveyancing or a mix of residential and commercial conveyancing. Hours likely to be c5-15 a week. Ongoing. Fully remote.

London – Leasehold Enfranchisement

Remote working leasehold enfranchisement/lease extension solicitor sought by London firm. 1-3 months starting asap. Fully remote, full or part time considered.

In house Education Sector Role Corporate M&A

A new vacancy has arisen with a large multi-national company in the education sector; one we regularly get vacancies from (some of you will know who this is!). They are currently working on a large project and require help of a senior corporate counsel. Their budget is a c£400 day rate.

They are looking for someone as follows:

1. At least 5 years PQE
2. Solid M&A experience
3. Trained or worked with a City or national Legal 100 firm
4. Has availability on a full time basis for the next two months or so. The company work 9am to 5.30-6pm daily
5. Start date next week ideally (12th July)
6. Work on a fully remote basis.
