Emma Ireland
Emma Ireland LLB (Hons) MIRP is our specialist Locum Lawyer Recruitment Consultant, covering the whole of the UK. Emma has been with the company since 2018 and is an LLB law graduate (University of Derby) with a love of literature and poetry. She is a regular performing poet and is based in Derby.
Peter Gresty
Peter Gresty Cert RP FIRP is a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in permanent & locum legal vacancies across the UK. Peter has been with Ten Percent Legal since 2007 and has worked with law firms from sole practitioners through to large regional solicitors practices. Peter is an avid Manchester City fan and season ticket holder.
Clare Fagan
Clare Fagan Cert RP FIRP is the Finance Director and Recruitment Consultant handling permanent vacancies for our Ten Percent Unlimited law firms. She has been involved in the company since the start and has the fortune (or otherwise) of being married to Jonathan Fagan. Clare is a qualified GP and is probably the only medically trained recruitment consultant specialising in the legal profession! Clare enjoys experimental cookery, vegetable gardening and not running if she can help it.
Jonathan Fagan
Jonathan Fagan LLM, LLB (EU), Cert RP, FIRP is a Solicitor (non-practising) and Managing Director of Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited. He assists with locum placements when needed and also handles law firm sales & mergers together with department moves. He studied law at Leicester University, trained with a solicitors firm in Leicester and on qualification worked for a Chambers listed practice in Nottingham before setting up Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited (the company behind Interim Lawyers) in 2000. He is married to Clare Fagan and has 3 daughters, who are all slowly turning his hair white. Jonathan can be found on the golf course most weeks, coaches a girls football team, enjoys running and plays cricket very badly for a local North Wales side.

We are the antithesis of conventional recruitment companies.
