A law firm in Kent are looking for a private client locum to help out starting as soon as possible – preferably from this coming Monday, 5^th August 2024 – on a part-time basis. This is to provide sick cover and is likely to require around 16-32 hours per week. You will be required to take instructions on and draft both wills and LPAs for this role and while much of the work can be carried out remotely, you will need to attend the firm’s offices in Staplehurst from time to time for face-to-face appointments. Access to Arken can be provided if you are familiar with it.
