A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors firm based in North Devon, Braunton near Barnstaple. The firm is of smaller size and requires a locum property lawyer to join from now until the 14th December. The role is likely to suit someone fairly local because the firm are looking at part time. Tues-Friday would be ideal, but they will look at 3 or 4 days a week.

The work is a mix of residential (80%) and commercial (20%) conveyancing.

Hourly rate: likely to be c.£30-35 per hour.
