A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors firm based in Kettering, seeking to book their locum cover for June 2019, dates are Monday 3rd June to Friday June 14th inclusive. The hours are 9 am – 5 pm, with an hour for lunch between 1-2 pm. The firm close at 4pm on a Friday. Location is about 500 metres from Kettering train station.

The work is solely residential conveyancing, and the locum will have their own legal secretary who works from 9 am – 2.45 pm each day. There is another conveyancer on site as well (now deals with a non-conveyancing caseload but can help with any queries). Small sole practitioner firm and the case load for conveyancing is normally between 50-70 cases.
