A few conveyancing vacancies have come in today as follows:

1. Salford Quays – a solicitors firm located about 100 yards from Salford Quays tramstop seek a residential conveyancing lawyer to work on a permanent basis. The firm deals with residential development work – plot sales and new build – seem to do a lot of flats in the Salford Quays area and selling to a number of investors and overseas buyers. Salary levels indicated as negotiable.

2. Salford Quays – same firm as above – need a locum to start asap to cover until the firm recruit permanently as above.

3. Keighley, West Yorkshire. Property law firm located in Keighley town centre (its about 1/2 mile from the train station). Looking for holiday locum cover from the 12th July for 2-3 weeks.
