Firm on South Coast looking for a conveyancing locum as follows:

Experienced conveyancing locum sought to start as soon as possible at Portsmouth suburb office. This is due to an unexpectedly early maternity leave period. Further details as follows:

·         Either a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
·         Wide experience of freehold, leasehold and new builds, dealing with matters from inception to completion
·         Excellent client care and communication skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have previous experience of handling a large caseload using a Case Management System (currently operate Solcase)
·         Ability to liaise with other private client and commercial departments in order to generate new business
