A London-based firm specialising in software for recruitment companies are looking for a tax locum to help out on an ad hoc basis. The firm are anticipating M&A activity leading to restructures requiring tax advice in the coming months and would like someone who can assist as and when required – however, they can provide advance notice of time requirements as they commence the transaction. The work can be carried out on a remote working basis.
