Wills and Probate Locum sought in Enfield by medium sized practice with a fairly busy low value probate caseload. 200 files indicated. 3 months to start. The firm are recruiting a new wills & probate solicitor but there is a 3 month notice period followed up by a 6 month restrictive covenant. Not sure if the latter is relevant for starting a new job (sounds a like a restraint of trade to me!), but the assignment is going to last for the 3 months to cover until the notice period is complete.
