Conveyancing Locum sought with New Build (plot sales) experience

Ref 14831 – new vacancy just in with a firm based near to Grange Hill tube station (other side of Ilford) and junction 5 of the M11 – looking for a conveyancing locum to cover for c.6 month maternity leave.
Requirements:
1. A conveyancing lawyer able to deal with matters from start to finish.
2. Very IT literate – the firm use a case management system.
3. Highly experienced in New Build conveyancing – the firm specialise in this area.

NB: We will need to know your New Build experience in order to progress. – can you email us an outline if interested. This is essential. The firm will not consider anyone who does not have a good level of new build experience.

Hourly rate going to depend although usually lower for maternity leave cover..
