Two new vacancies have arisen as follows:
1. Property Litigation – long term contract available in North West London with specialist property litigation firm (NW4). Looking for a locum to join on, potentially on a long term basis. Usual range of work includes arrears of rent, arrears of service charge, dilapidations, commercial lease renewals, forfeiture, tenant insolvency and rent review disputes.
2. Housing Litigation lawyer – this position is for someone who really knows their Landlord/Tenant law. Knowledge of CPR Part 55 is essential. And so is an ability to get on with a team and muck-in.
The firm are looking for another experienced Landlord/Tenant solicitor or paralegal to join the team in Mill Hill, London NW7. The successful candidate will be required to process and manage a large case-load of residential possession proceedings. Experience essential in dealing with residential landlords and agents, an excellent telephone manner and honed computer skills.
Experience is needed in notice-drafting, statement-taking and residential possessions claims.
