Two new locum vacancies in as follows for West London and Berkshire.

1. Conveyancing Locum sought by West London firm based in Ealing. Medium sized firm – 3 month contract starting preferably in next 2 weeks. Possibly of longer term or permanent work.

2. Conveyancing Locum sought by Berkshire firm – Maidenhead. Looking for someone on an ongoing basis to fit around their conveyancer and assist with spikes in the workload. Likely to be 2 days a week – would suit a consultant with a few longer term commitments already in place.

Availability and proposed hourly rates are essential at this stage. I anticipate the hourly rate on both being about £25 per hour, although the West London firm may go a bit higher as urgent post.
