Solicitors Firm based in Northamptonshire (good transport links) need a locum property lawyer to cover maternity leave from late July/early August. Ideally looking for someone to cover for 4-5 days a week but will also consider less. The firm have a mixed bag of commercial property including agricultural work, although the amount of agricultural matters can be adjusted because they have another commercial/agricultural fee earner in the department and potentially they could take over that work in part or whole. The current work load includes the usual leases, purchase and sale work but also option agreements and there are a fair few wind farm developer type clients. It’s a mixed bag and the firm will look at your skill set to decide how to allocate the work.
