New vacancy just in for a Surrey firm situated just south of the M25 junction 9. Starting on Monday March 30th, they are looking for a locum residential conveyancer to cover for them until they recruit permanently. Permanent possible as well if wanted going forwards. Friendly firm. Secretarial cover and the firm have dictation systems in place.

The same firm are also interested in a solicitor joining them at partner level at either a flat basic of c£50k or a lower base plus very generous percentage split. Idea of recruitng at this level would be to share some of the management work. Particularly interested in a locum arrangement to start if this was of interest to anyone. Flexible hours and some remote working possible.

Brighton firm also on the lookout as follows. Either: Straight commercial property locum with some development experience; or a property finance or banking locum with property specialism. Ongoing 6-8 week minimum.

Commercial Property Solicitor sought in Guildford – this is a permanent role. £60k salary – email us for details.

Private client locum sought for 1 day per week in Peterborough – involves some travel to clients. Ongoing basis.
