Locum Roles in 20th April 2021 – Conveyancing in Windsor, Commercial Property in Worcestershire and Family in Liverpool

Family Solicitor in Liverpool

A new vacancy has arisen with a Runcorn and Liverpool solicitors’ firm looking for a locum family solicitor to join them and provide cover. Start asap. Remote and office based working fine – bit of both OK. Hours – flexible to a certain extent – option for part time to fit around other commitments. Private children and finance work primarily.

Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

Well established, medium sized solicitors’ firm in Windsor, Berkshire are looking for a residential conveyancing locum to start asap on a full time (or part time) basis. The firm are looking for someone office based. Likely to last about 8-12 weeks. Start in the next week if at all possible.

Commercial Property Solicitor

Worcestershire firm looking for a commercial property solicitor for about 2 months. Full time or part time 4 days considered. Office based but some remote working possible (we think at least 33% of the week will need to be office based).

Property Locum (Local Authority) – Lawyer

East Midlands (Nottinghamshire) council in need of a property locum to take over a caseload of predominately right to buy matters with some other commercial property/planning matters ideally. It does not need to be a senior lawyer at this stage but experience of local authority and right to buys would be ideal. Will need to come in and take over the running of a caseload of around 100 right to buy matters with a handover from the person currently in post until 18 May 2021.

Probate Locum in Hertfordshire

A new locum vacancy has arisen with a law firm located in the Watford area looking for a wills & probate locum to assist. Happy to consider full or part time arrangements, as well as flexible hours. Would prefer someone office based primarily (Covid friendly and own office). Full mix of wills & probate work. Start date – as and when, ongoing for at least 3-5 months, if not longer.
