A new vacancy has arisen in the Doncaster area as follows:

Small to medium size solicitors’ firm based in Doncaster and looking for a wills & probate locum.

Start date: ASAP (ie as soon as you are able to)
Duration: 6-12 months
Hours: this will be a full time appointment (35 hours per week).
Remote working options: generally the firm expect their fee earners to attend the office at least 2 days out of 5 and work remotely for the rest of the time.
CMS: the firm currently uses Lawfusion by Select Legal.

Outline of work: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience of preparing and finalising Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorneys and handling all aspects of the Probate process in a sympathetic and efficient way. Membership of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and/or The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) would be an advantage but is not essential.
