A law firm in Fareham is looking for a residential conveyancing locum to help out starting as soon as you are able for a period of 3-6 months. Some remote working may be possible for this role.

You should have experience in dealing with:

Sale & Purchase
Transfer of Equity
Re-mortgages
Leasehold & Freehold
Shared Ownership

Also required:

Good management of handling caseloads relating to residential conveyancing transactions
Exceptional communication with clients, estate agents, commercial agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors
Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills
Strong interpersonal skills plus a professional and proactive approach to delivering exceptional client care
