A property development firm in Swansea are looking for a debt recovery locum to assist starting as soon as you are on a full-time basis.

The firm collect ground rent, insurance, and service charge payments. When payments are missed, the litigation team take over and pursue payment. 90% of cases are paid without court action but some can go through to forfeiture. The firm have a part-time litigation solicitor who is currently away on leave and a qualified litigator who is on long term sick. They are therefore looking for a locum to work with the team to arrange recovery of debt in the interim.

This a predominantly office-based role although some limited hybrid working may be available. The firm estimate the assignment is likely to last between 2-12 weeks.
