A law firm in Basingstoke are looking for a corporate commercial locum to help out while they recruit permanently for the role. The caseload is the usual mix of corporate work to include M&A and restructuring and the firm have built up a niche in the hospitality and brewing sectors. This is a full-time role and while hybrid working is available, you will need to be based in-office for at least 2 days per week.
