A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors firm based in Manchester – they need a civil litigation locum. This post was apparently filled by a Locum from another agency until she left to get married. There are 10-12 Civil files including breach of contract matters.

One case in particular requires urgent attention as there are Court directions to be complied with for exchange of witness statements and instruction of an agreed expert in early July.

This position would suit a solicitor/legal executive with general litigation experience.

Initially 3-4 days a week may be required, but longer term may be 2 days per week over the next 2-3 months. The firm are flexible as to which days are worked.

Start date would be ASAP.
