A law firm in Hertfordshire are looking for a commercial property locum to provide cover for 3 weeks from 4^th July 2022 at their offices in Tring. The partner you will be covering for acts for a pension fund in respect of commercial conveyancing matters, usually office or small light industrial buildings – property sale, purchase, leases, licence to assign/underlet etc. The firm have detailed guidance notes and precedents. Another partner who is fully familiar with the requirements of this client (and who also acts for them) will be present to assist/offer guidance as will a secretary who is also very familiar with the requirements of the client and the nature of the work. This is an office-based role and remote working isn’t available.
