A new vacancy has arisen with a well established IT company based in York. They are looking for an interim solicitor/lawyer in York to help them for between 1 and 3 months starting in the next week or two. They are flexible around working days (can be 3 or 4 days per week, doesn’t have to be 5 days) and flexible on level of experience.

The work is mainly commercial contract work, a bit of IT and updating business policies and template agreements, reviewing and marking up vendor terms and conditions – generally all very commercial/corporate.
