A new vacancy has arisen with a medium sized solicitors firm in central Birmingham who are looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to join them from now until the end of November, possibly longer. The work is valued at up to £40-50k as a general rule. Most between £10-20k. Usual Part 7 procedures on debt work that can become contested. Some recovery of utility bills to customers B2B and B2C using the same procedures.
