A law firm in West Sussex are looking for a commercial property locum to provide holiday cover for 1 week at the end of June/beginning of July at their offices in Bognor Regis. You will be dealing with a commercial property caseload that has a very small amount of residential conveyancing and you will need to be self-sufficient as there will be no secretarial support other than a small amount of admin assistance for photocopying/scanning etc. Case load is L&T, business sales and purchases (asset sale – not share transactions) and freehold property transactions and a small amount of residential conveyancing.
