A multi-office law firm are looking for a commercial property locum to help out for a period of around 9 months from mid-September 2022 at their offices in York. This is to cover maternity leave and the firm are looking to offer a fixed-term contract. The current fee earner opens around 4-5 matters a month, ranging from leases, freehold sales and purchases, deeds, options, overages, sale and purchase of land (but not agricultural land).

Ideally you will be based at the firm’s offices in York on a full-time basis. However, there may potentially be the possibility of 2 days working from home and 3 days from the office.
