Two new locum roles in as follows:
- A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors firm of smaller size based in Surrey/Sussex. The commercial property partner at the practice works remotely and he is on annual leave in April and August.He is looking for a commercial property locum to cover his work in his absence, essentially on a remote basis. You will not need to go into their offices. The work is primarily high street commercial work – commercial leases, residential developments and the like.Dates for April are the 8th to the 12th. August dates to follow if all goes well.This is going to be full time – the firm will want someone available for the duration of office hours, but just on a remote basis. There may be some flexibility around working say 10am to 3.30pm/4pm.
- A new vacancy has arisen with an in house legal department in the education sector. They need locum cover for 4 days a week for about three months starting in the next few weeks. Located very near Chancery Lane tube station. Will not entertain remote working – needs to be office based. “The candidate should have solid seven to eight years commercial experience reviewing commercial agreements with suppliers; partnership agreements (not LLP but rather our agreements with universities ie service agreements). Ideally they should be up to speed re GDPR as well. ” This is a client we have worked with before – always seem to be very keen on viewing full CVs with a complete breakdown of education and work to date including locum assignments.
