Commercial Property Solicitor in Chippenham, Wiltshire and Coalville, Leicestershire, Conveyancing in Harrow

Three new locum roles in (one a repeat) as follows – two commercial property mainly and one for conveyancing:

1. Commercial Property Lawyer sought for a locum assignment for 2 weeks starting on Monday 17th September and finishing Friday 28th September. Solicitors firm, medium sized, based in Coalville, Leicestershire.

2. Commercial Property Locum (85% commercial property, with a little bit of resi (couple of plot sales and one leasehold one for a commercial client). This assignment also has a large SPA (share purchase deal) and a smaller asset sale to supervise – these will need covering for the duration. Dates are Monday 13th August to Friday 24th August. Chippenham, Wiltshire. Quiet caseload as covering for a partner who also manages the office (which you won’t need to do). 2 locums now fallen through via another agency on this one so firm quite desperate. May consider someone who can do the com prop without the SPA.

3. A Residential Conveyancing Locum Solicitor is sought by a Harrow firm for potentially 4 weeks starting on Monday 5th August or as soon as possible afterwards. Firm may end early if work slows down. Small to medium sized practice. Flexible hours possible. Some commercial conveyancing a bonus.
