Commercial Property Solicitor in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire 3-6 months x 2

Two new vacancies have arisen with a large utility company based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. They are looking for two locums as follows:
1. Property Solicitor
2. Assistant Property Solicitor
Length of assignment is 3-6 months starting asap. Going to be based at their offices in Huntingdon. Situated about 1.5 miles from the station on a bus route. Full time role, flexible hours but still full time. No remote working possible.
Work as follows:

Senior Property Solicitor
Advise on and act for the Company in the acquisition and disposal of all property interests including:
Negotiating and drafting transfers and assignments of freehold and leasehold property, easements, licences, agreements for the occupation and use of land with third parties and between Group companies
Preparing and completing agreements with Developers for the adoption, diversion and building over of sewers
Assisting the Dispute Resolution solicitor on taking and defending proceedings in respect of the Company’s property assets
Manage external lawyers.

Assistant Property Solicitor
Deputise for the Property Solicitor at meetings and provide advice when required.
Deputise for the Property Solicitor when required to provide adequate supervision of the Property Paralegal to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Legal Services Act 2007 and Reserved Instrument Activity.
Undertake and assist with the delivery of complex property transactions whether as part of a project or otherwise.
Advise on and act for the Company in the acquisition and disposal of all property interests including:
negotiating and drafting transfers and assignments of freehold and leasehold property, easements, licences, agreements for the occupation and use of land with third parties and between Group companies
preparation and conclusion of agreements with telecommunications operators, advising developer services on a range of matters including agreements for the adoption, diversion and building over of statutory assets
undertake and assist with advice and development of agreements for renewable energy projects.
Bring and defend claims made in the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chambers) in respect of the Company’s property assets
