A new vacancy has arisen with a larger sized multi-office Legal 500 firm based in Nottingham.

Looking for a commercial property locum to cover for 6 months or more – maternity leave – starting asap but in any event by the start of June.

Details given: The candidate will provide legal advice and guidance to commercial clients across a full spectrum of commercial property matters. Including, but not limited to; advising on freehold and leasehold transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts relating to the client’s matter, preparing reports on file and researching points as required, responding to client queries as appropriate. Will need to have up to date knowledge of all aspects of the law relating to commercial property, specifically transactional lease renewals.
