Locum Commercial Property Solicitor sought.

A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors firm based in rural Essex about 4 miles from Chelmsford. They need a property locum to cover starting as soon as possible – within the next two weeks – and to cover for about a month, possibly longer. The firm pay good rates usually. The work is mainly commercial property with a bit of residential – HNW stuff. The residential work is not essential and the role can be pure commercial property. Proposed hourly rate and start date useful at this stage.
