A small niche commercial practice based in South Yorkshire are looking for a locum to work remotely or out of their offices on an ongoing ad hoc basis to handle a company/corporate workload. This will include shareholder agreements, drafting Articles of Association, and input on share purchases. Commercial contracts would also be an advantage. Likely to be around 10 hours per week but this is only a rough guideline.
