A few new locum property roles in today as follows:

Annual leave cover in Horsham – small firm looking for cover from Thurs 19th August to Fri 27th August. Residential conveyancing – solely office based. No CMS – the firm have secretarial support.
Real Estate locum for larger sized Legal 500 firm. Work will be investment acquisitions for a £1 billion listed commercial property fund – so ideally solid transactional real estate background. Location optional – the firm have offices across the UK and remote also possible. 2 months initial contract to start, potentially extending. Full time hours ideally.
Commercial Property locum – London firm looking for ad hoc support – 5 years PQE min needed. Remote fine. Mainly landlord/tenant leases. Suspect from previous dealings this will be very ad hoc – less than 5 hours a week.
