A new vacancy has arisen with a medium sized solicitors firm based in Ormskirk, Lancashire. Ormskirk has a train station and the firm are located within comfortable walking distance of it.

They are looking for a residential conveyancing locum to cover sick leave starting as soon as possible and running up until Christmas (24th December). Immediate start and going to be 5-6 weeks.

Any interest please let me know. Its that time of year when we get very little conveyancing work in and this is the first conveyancing role I have seen for over a week. Hourly rate very likely to be £30 per hour or thereabouts due to competition..
