A new vacancy has arisen with a small central London firm who have been retained on a number of residential conveyancing projects and are looking for a residential conveyancing lawyer to join them on a locum basis. They would like someone experienced and able to undertake the work on an ad hoc remote basis – there is apparently scope for a regular flow of work. Any interest please let me know. No particular start date by the looks of it.

Hourly rate – almost certainly going to be £35 per hour.

Hampshire firm require locum cover for 2 weeks in January to cover a senior fee earner undertaking residential conveyancing. Fee earner is due to be having an operation. Dates not yet definite so unable to give a specific 2 week slot.
