Vacancy from a London city firm with a client company based in Gloucestershire, who are linked to a (presumably) outsourced law firm based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. They are looking to recruit a locum conveyancing executive, licensed conveyancer or conveyancing solicitor to work in the client’s office in Cirencester. Initially the job is expected to last two months but it may take longer. The role involves the completion and submission of a large number of conveyancing transaction returns to the Land Registry and HMRC. These are completed online and therefore good IT skills / experience will be required. The successful candidate will work in the office of a small licensed conveyancing practise in central Cirencester. Start date is looking likely to be in May or June – exact date to be confirmed.
