Two new roles have arisen with a housing association based in London SW9 (Stockwell/Clapham) – looking for two locums as follows:

1. Thursday 13th to Friday 28th September

2. ASAP until they recruit permanently.
The need is for two conveyancers with experience of most if not all of the following:
a) shared ownership
b) right to buy
c) lease extensions
d) right to acquire
e) staircasing

Any interest in either please let me know asap. They have indicated that part time is possible for at least one of these roles.

Hourly rate negotiable.
