Niche corporate commercial firm of smaller size looking for a corporate commercial solicitor interested in undertaking work on a 2 days per week basis, which can be flexible to fit around other commitments. Office based – London W1H – work is a 50/50 split of general corporate and commercial matters. Consultancy arrangement – firm happy with an hourly rate basis.

VAC 22856 Litigation Support, Remote and Euston

NHS linked business looking for litigation support in house. Ideally after someone for about 2-3 months whilst a case concludes that involves breach of contract and negligence in construction and fire, water and ventilation. The company has external solicitors and counsel, but looking for someone to undertake the internal case preparation work. Remote with the occasional trip into the offices – company based in Euston. Not clear how many hours a week – suspect part time.
