Corporate Commercial Lawyer – Central London – Fixed Term Contract

A new vacancy has arisen with a multinational education company based in central London and looking for a corporate commercial solicitor to work in house for them on a fixed term basis for 3-4 months starting asap.

Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Barrister sought – fixed term contract working with the head of legal in the UK. Based in central London offices in Holborn. No opportunities for remote working. Hours are 9-6pm. Can consider 4 days per week but aiming at 5 days per week. The company wants someone with good experience in mergers and acquisitions, general company law, exposure to capital markets and banking (useful but not essential) and shareholder agreement drafting.
