- Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer
In House Legal Department based in Central London seek a Commercial Contracts lawyer on a locum basis working flexible hours and also remotely. The company deal in data analysis in the motor industry and have offices across Europe. Their In House Legal Counsel is looking for a commercial contracts lawyer to join them and assist in the department. They are keen to get someone who specifically has experience amending and managing contracts and running their own workload, albeit with supervision from counsel. 2. Vendor Relationship Executive (1-2 month role plus permanent)
In House Legal Department based in Central London are looking for a Vendor Relationship Executive to work remotely, either with a procurement or a legal background. The company deal in data analysis in the motor industry and have offices across Europe. They are keen to get someone in quickly on a permanent basis but are also interested in recruiting for a specific 1-2 month project relating to the same work. The role will involve supporting procurement activities across the group by renewing existing arrangements, processing purchase orders on concur, managing requests for Non-Disclosure Agreements and resolving invoice queries. You will be acting as the initial point of contact for both internal and day to day supplier queries. The company will expect you to negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers and work with the Sourcing & Vendor Manager. You will be receiving and validating supplier invoices against contract terms and reported usage data and assisting in the management and optimisation of Supplier performance against Agreements. You will be documenting all components of vendor relationships and contracts using Salesforce. French or German language skills a bonus and so is CIPS membership. You can work flexible hours and on a remote basis from home. The company will only expect you to attend their offices from time to time. Salary levels expected to be c.£40-45k for this role. Full time but flexible hours.
3. Corporate Commercial Locum Solicitor – ad hoc ongoing hours
Ongoing ad hoc corporate commercial work – 10-20 hours per month on average. Basic company commercial work linked in part to start up businesses and may include some eCommerce and GDPR work (basic though) . 5+ years PQE required, together with a willingness to accept ongoing work for some time. Work is not guaranteed and this is a locum arrangement.
