A new vacancy has arisen with a London city firm of smaller size looking for a corporate commercial locum solicitor able to deal with both local and international transactions with specific experience of M & A and ECM. Prepared to pay good rates for the right experience. Hybrid role, mostly office based with a bit of remote (20%) 2-3 month assignment starting asap.

Any interest please let me know – I will need to have details of your M&A and ECM experience to be able to progress this one. Hourly rate likely to fall within £65 and £115 per hour.
