A client with a law firm in Bermuda generally assisting corporate administration business clients (300 companies) is looking for a corporate locum with investment fund experience to help out starting as soon as you are able on a part-time basis. Workload will include general corporate matters such as shareholder agreements, special articles/bye-laws, review of loan agreements, drafting board minutes re: transactions etc. This is likely to be around 10 hours per week initially and the work can be carried out remotely.

You will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE for this role and excellent attention to detail when reviewing and drafting documents.
