Employment Locum in Oxfordshire, Commercial Conveyancing – Remote, Conveyancing x 3

Employment – Oxfordshire

A new vacancy has arisen with a small commercial firm in Oxfordshire – in urgent need of an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to help one of the partners for a few months (until the end of October). It’s a slightly odd one as the partner wants the locum to take over conduct of a large and complex Employment Tribunal case (the final hearing of which is 15th-22nd October 2021). You would probably be required to attend the hearing to support counsel . There is a significant amount of work to be carried out over the coming 4-6 weeks (additional disclosure, bundle, witness statements etc) but its difficult to say how many days per week will be required. It would probably suit a locum/consultant who already has one part time role or someone wanting the equivalent 2/3 day’s work per week.

If things worked out well, there might be further work to give the locum over the coming months but the firm can’t commit at this stage.

Commercial Conveyancing – London

A new vacancy has arisen with a small London firm – looking for a commercial conveyancing lawyer to assist them on an ongoing basis with cases. Working remotely is fine. They estimate that there are c5-10 hours of work a week at the moment. Starting as soon as you are able.

Conveyancing Roles – Surrey, Leicestershire and Essex

1. Cheam – Residential Conveyancing
   2 weeks cover starting Monday 23rd August. Office based.
2. Melton Mowbray – Residential Conveyancing
   1 week cover starting 6th September. Assistant/secretary available. Office based.
3. Southend – Residential Conveyancing
   Looking for conveyancing cover from the 19th to the 31st August. Office based.
