A new vacancy has arisen with a Suffolk based law firm located about 1km from a mainline train station, who have an opening for an experienced family solicitor on a locum basis. This is a replacement post taking over an existing caseload until the firm manage to recruit permanently. The firm are looking for candidates with at least 3 years PQE and ideally with Higher Rights of Audience (Civil), a member of resolution or a Family Panel Member. The caseload will be predominantly privately funded family law but there will be some legal aid family and child care law matters so experience in childrens’ act matters is helpful.

Start date as soon as you are able (25th Feb ideal) and the firm may be able to be flexible around existing bookings within reason.
