A CQS accredited Hertfordshire law firm are looking for a locum solicitor to head up the conveyancing department at their Stevenage office starting as soon as you are able for a period of at least 3 months. You should have an excellent working knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing including sale and purchase of both freehold leasehold title; New Builds and Plot Purchases; leasehold extensions; and sales and purchases of unregistered land. You will be responsible for leading and developing both the qualified and junior (trainees/administrative) staff in the department. The role will be full-time and the firm are happy to offer hybrid working.
